SPOTLIGHT CHILD

CC4C is now accepting applications for our Spotlight Child Program for the 2026-2027 fiscal year which begins August 1, 2026. The age criteria for the Spotlight Child is 5-18 years (age 5 by September 1, 2026) with residency in Austin and its suburbs.

  DEADLINE FOR SPOTLIGHT CHILD APPLICATIONS IS JANUARY 7, 2026  

 

Our Spotlight Child Program includes the following for 2 years:

​

• Financial Medical Assistance: An opportunity to apply for reimbursement for the child's medical expenses not covered by insurance

• Dream Teams: A volunteer team, i.e., a high school team, a business or an individual, provides uplifting experiences and honorary membership for the spotlight child.

• Family Well-Being: Connection to peer support and community resources for the entire family, Includes Family fun days and special events

• Uplifting Trips: Sponsored group trip to the National Ability Center in Park City, Utah.
