• Monday, September 15, 2025 - T-Shirt Sizes Due (Shirt sizes are not guaranteed if received after this date.)

• Monday, September 22, 2025 - Company Logo for Hole Sign and Banner Due (If logo is not received by this date we cannot guarantee recognition.)

• Monday, October 20, 2025 - Company Swag for Grab Bags Due. Please ensure 150 items are at the Baker Drywall Austin office by this date. (Optional for Player and Beverage Sponsors)

• Monday, October 20, 2025 - Player Names of Those Golfing Due

 

DAY OF THE EVENT:

• Dinner, Awards, and Raffle to follow golf

• Each player will receive a Box Lunch, Dinner, Drink Tickets, and a Swag Bag with Shirt

• Friendly reminder to bring cash for the 50/50 Raffle

• Credit Cards will be accepted for the Table Raffle
