Whole Family Well-Being
BECAUSE STRENGTH GROWS TOGETHER
Rare and undiagnosed conditions affect more than the child—they impact parents, siblings, and the entire household. At CC4C, we believe families thrive best when they are supported together. Our Whole Family Well-Being programs are designed to nurture connection, build resilience, and ease the emotional weight of the journey. By surrounding families, we create spaces where no one feels alone.
We create and facilitate workshops, classes and support groups for our families to help build connections and increase well-being.
Financial Medical Assistance
CC4C’s financial assistance program removes barriers to care by covering critical medical services for all children that insurance often denies, like genetic testing, therapies, mental health support, and travel to specialists. With compassion at the center, we help families access the care their child needs—restoring peace of mind in the midst of hardship.
Whole Family Well Being & Support
CC4C’s programs are designed to care for every part of a family’s journey. Our Financial Medical Assistance program helps remove barriers to care by covering critical services that insurance often denies. At the same time, our Whole Family Well-Being programming creates space for families to bond, find community, and care for their emotional health. Through TRIBE gatherings, sibling adventures, and shared connection, we provide support and healing for every family member—because your child’s journey impacts your whole family, and you deserve care too.
Uplifting Trips
CC4C’s Uplifting Trips create unforgettable experiences that surround children with celebration, adventure, and connection. From adaptive ski and summer trips at the National Ability Center in Park City, Utah, these moments of hope and belonging help children feel seen, supported, and empowered—creating cherished memories that strengthen both them and their families.
TRIBE 4 Moms
An inspiring and supportive community where mothers of children with rare and undiagnosed conditions can connect, share resources, and find encouragement. Through monthly gatherings, moms receive emotional support, wellness tools, and the reminder that they are not alone on this journey. We create space for moms to pause, recharge, and know they are supported and to feel celebrated for being the amazing mom and woman they are.
Spotlight Children
The Spotlight Child Program honors a group of remarkable children for two years with the full embrace of CC4C’s community—offering financial medical assistance, a dedicated Dream Team, whole-family wellness support, and uplifting trips. More than programs, it’s about celebration and belonging: shining a light on each child’s unique story.

TRIBE 4 Dads
Being a dad to a child with a rare or undiagnosed condition comes with unique challenges—and no one should carry that weight alone. TRIBE 4 Dads is a brotherhood where fathers can step away from the grind, connect with other men who understand, and share real conversations about the journey. Each gathering is a chance to swap stories, exchange practical advice, and walk away stronger, supported, and reminded that you’ve got a team beside you.
