FINANCIAL MEDICAL
ASSISTANCE
Navigating life with a rare or undiagnosed medical condition is expensive. Many treatments, therapies, medications and equipment are not covered by insurance. To help ease the financial burden for families, CC4C provides financial assistance to reimburse families for eligible expenses (see below for complete list).
To verify your child's rare condition please use the National Organization of Rare Disease - NORD link
We accept applications for financial assistance between August 1 and June 30. Applications are reviewed as they come in and awarded on a funds-availability basis. We receive more requests than we're able to fund, so to increase chances of funding please read the eligibility criteria and submit a complete application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
