Fall Into Joy, Give Hope.

The CC4C Fall Family Festival is more than an event—it’s a joyful celebration of community, connection, and gratitude. Families, friends, and neighbors of all ages are invited to gather for live music, delicious food, games, crafts, and seasonal fun—all while supporting CC4C’s mission to surround children with rare and undiagnosed conditions, and their families, with care and connection.

This festival creates space for laughter, belonging, and healing. Every ticket, activity, and sponsorship fuels CC4C programs—providing financial medical assistance, whole-family wellness, Dream Teams, and uplifting events for children and families across Texas. Together, we celebrate courage, shine light on families’ strength, and prove that rare doesn’t mean alone.
