Project Valentine 2024  

Each year the CC4C volunteer community, from young children to seniors, come together from all over the country to bring great joy to children with rare conditions during Project Valentine. Thousands of Valentines made by hundreds of volunteers are delivered to our Spotlighted Champion Children. See the smiles and         below!
