The story of CC4C itself began with one seed. In 2012, our founder Talaya Frazier turned her family’s private struggle with her daughter Cheyanna’s undiagnosed condition into a mission to ensure no other family would walk alone.
That single seed of a mother’s love has grown into a statewide movement that has enhanced the lives of thousands. We see this "ripple effect" every day:
