At six weeks old, Evelyn's skin erupted into painful, bleeding sores from head to toe. She lived in a constant cycle of severe allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, and breathing emergencies. For her first three years, leaving the house was nearly impossible. Her family transformed every aspect of their lives including their foods, clothing, and household products, to keep her alive.
