Lauren Hammond

Lauren's Story

After moving to Austin from her hometown of Houston, Lauren graduated from the Moody College of Communication at the University of Texas with a degree in Corporate Communication. With a commitment to service and experience in fundraising, relationship building, and community engagement, she is deeply dedicated to the mission of supporting children and families navigating rare and undiagnosed conditions.

Lauren joined CC4C in 2026, having previously worked on the communications and development team at Side-by-Side Kids, and proudly continues her commitment to connecting children and families across Texas with vital resources and a supportive community.
