You can offer hope for children with rare or undiagnosed disorders.

Your minimum gift of $125+/monthly or $1,500+/annually, will support a child with a dedicated Family Services Liaison who helps families find diagnoses for rare disorders. In recognition of your desire to have an impact on the CC4C mission, you will be a member of the Impact Circle.

Members of the Impact Circle will receive:

  • Special invites to private CC4C Family events

  • Two complimentary game tickets at A Night to Uplift

  • Two complimentary registrations for Run to Uplift
